Jae-hyeon, an ordinary college student, has been suffering from unpleasant dreams recently.
A very unpleasant dream in which a giant 'red snake' appears and stares at him or squeezes his body to the point of suffocation. The day after having the dream, he always has a splitting headache. He finally went to the hospital, to only told that there was nothing wrong with his body. Then one day, Jae-hyeon, who is on his way to his studio apartment, ends up collapsing on the street and is helped by Soo-yeon, a senior he isn't close with. From that day on, Soo-yeon actively approaches him, saying he wants to become close to him, but Jae-hyeon cannot bring himself to push him away.
